• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  A tracking number for your parcel will be sent via e-mail once your items have shipped. Haftvad Records does not assume responsibility for any items once they have shipped.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Why is the International Shipping Rate so high?

  As we hope you can tell from our store, we try to keep prices as low as possible. However, the United States Postal Service has significantly increased the price of shipping over the past few years. We hope that the fair prices of our products and releases help offset the high international shipping rates, but unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the rates set by the United States Postal Service.

  As of January 17, 2016, the U.S. Postal Service increased postage rates yet again, resulting in an AVERAGE 21.6% increase for First Class Package International Service. As always, we will try to keep the prices of our products down do help all of our customers offset these increases, but there is only so much we can do.

• Will Haftvad Records carry my releases?

  If you feel that your music is consistent with the focus and aesthetics of Haftvad Records, please do not hesitate to contact us! We are always looking for new musicians, bands, and labels to work with.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
